    The Performing Arts Center at Simsbury Meadows in Simsbury, Connecticut is an exceptional and permanent performing arts center located off of Iron Horse Boulevard. This beautiful $2 million structure is the summer home of the Hartford Symphony, as well as the home to other special performances. In addition to the main performance stage, this structure will also potentially house facilities that will include a number of multi-purpose rooms which can be used as a learning center for community arts and music programs.



Performing Arts Center Details
STAGE: 2930 square foot, raised, concrete stage
SHELL: Structural steel roof system & supports, with wood clad interior and exterior walls. Stone faced concrete along curved front of stage/shell. Full 600 amp. electric system wired for show lighting and sound and sound tower platforms
FUTURE BACKSTAGE: 4749 square foot Backstage and Site Features:
  • Bathrooms for Simsbury Meadows, Greenway, and Boundless Playground
  • Performers' Dressing Rooms and Bathrooms
  • Conductor/Guest Performer Dressing Room and Bathroom
  • Greenway information booth
  • House Sound System
  • General Storage
